Designed specifically for the backpacking travellers the Mud Hut is a perfect blend of a hostel and a home away from home. Made with local stone and wood, the rustic Mud Hut takes you back to your roots and let's you connect with nature in a unique way. The three small cosy rooms on the first floor keep you warm during winters due to the thatched roof and mud & cow dung plaster on the walls. The Hut has a private sit out and a common indoor sitting area also.
Travelers can take a bed or a room in the Mud Hut and join us for complementary buffet dinner and breakfast in the main cafe / dining area. The cafe has a small library, a Bluetooth speaker, a bukhari (fire place) and some indoor games. There is a bon fire pit the outdoor for summer nights on the mountains.
Two clean toilets and a bathhroom is available for the five to six guests in the Mud Hut, and since these are on the lower floor, the Hut is not recommended for elderly guests.
